Current economic bulletins are not uplifting.
With news bulletins full of price rises and inflation stories, it’s no wonder consumers are slowing down their spending.
One place you don’t want an air of doom to permeate is the workplace.
When colleagues and clients arrive at your premises, you want the surroundings to be uplifting and inspiring.
I’m sure you’d also want that same feeling for prospective employees when they arrive for interviews.
One growing area of our work is in branding and Wayfinding projects within office, warehouse, and factory environments.
A project underway we’re working on now is at the headquarters of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in Stevenage.
A large-scale Wayfinding and graphics project follows a massive and impressive redesign of the IET’s head office.
The work consists of minor directional signs to large scale graphics on walls, pillars, glass and doors.
Inspiring quotes, humorous messages and practical "get you to where you need to go" signage help make IET headquarters an enjoyable and productive space to work, meet and learn.
We will be dedicating some space on this website soon to show many of the varied elements in this project.
For now, though, I've included two in this post, which hopefully provides a flavour.
