At the time of writing (July 21), some large scale events have already taken place in the UK.
From September onwards, events are running back to back at all of the UK's major event venues.
Bookings are crammed because there's a long list of events keen to open, albeit with dates that may be very different from their pre-pandemic timings.
The trend is expected to continue well into 2022.
It’s excellent news for companies who rely on exhibitions and events to generate sales and meet prospective clients.
The same goes for companies like ours; it will be eighteen months since we last stood inside an exhibition hall or installed a stand.
After such an agonisingly long interval, we’ve been delighted with contact received from companies keen to return to exhibiting and to events in general.
And that’s prompted this post.
If you plan to exhibit this autumn, now is the time to discuss stand design and updates of your graphics.
As I mentioned earlier, many exhibitions and conferences will be taking place in a compressed timescale, putting pressure on the event supply chain.
To avoid delays and to ensure that you have the elements you want, it’s advisable to start the planning process earlier than usual.
Guardian Display is a full-service exhibition supplier, and we work within all major UK and European venues.
