Like all other businesses, we have been dramatically affected by the COVID-19 virus.
Heck, we work in exhibitions and live events - what more do we need to say!
So what happens when the £30 billion industry you serve comes to an immediate halt as happened back in March?
Like many other businesses, we adhered strictly to the lockdown regulations, and our office team started working from home.
Next came the furloughing of our staff. With no events taking place anywhere in the world, there was no other realistic option.
One positive thing commissioned during this period was the cleaning-up our database. It’s something we’ve meant to fix for a while.
An outside agency excellently did this work for us, and so, we now recommend this service to our clients. See this page for more on the subject.
Now, as restrictions start to be relaxed, it’s time for focus.
Specifically, to focus on how what exhibiting businesses will need as trade shows start to open up again.
Things will be different for some months; we’re sure of that.
So now we are thinking about designing stands to accommodate social distancing; stand visits by appointment and other ways that will deliver safe exhibiting for visitors and exhibitors alike.
We will be writing to clients on this subject and showing stand concepts as and when we can see a firm date for the recommencement of events in the UK (shows are starting again from September in Germany).

We wish you safe and well.
