TP-Link required a stand that would:
The challenge was to present technical information in a visually engaging format while maintaining a clean, approachable and professional appearance.
Working closely with the TP-Link team, we delivered a bespoke exhibition stand designed around education-focused technology demonstrations and visitor engagement.
The stand featured large-format graphic walls, integrated digital displays and illuminated branding elements that allowed visitors to quickly understand the benefits of the Omada ecosystem and VIGI surveillance platform. An open corner layout ensured easy access from multiple directions while creating a welcoming environment for visitors throughout the show.
A centrally positioned illuminated reception counter provided a focal point for the stand, helping the team engage with visitors and direct conversations towards relevant solutions and demonstrations.
Multiple integrated display screens enabled TP-Link to showcase networking infrastructure, cloud management capabilities and surveillance solutions through live demonstrations and digital content.
A bespoke illuminated counter created a strong visual focal point while providing a practical space for visitor engagement and lead generation.
Large-format graphics communicated the benefits of Omada solutions for schools, colleges and educational institutions, helping visitors quickly understand the value of the technology on display.
The accessible layout maximised visibility and encouraged visitor interaction from multiple aisles, increasing engagement throughout the exhibition.
The stand combined digital demonstrations with supporting graphics and product information, creating a clear and informative visitor experience.
Guardian Display managed the project from manufacture through to installation at ExCeL London. Careful attention was paid to graphic production, integrated technology and lighting to ensure the finished stand reflected the professionalism and innovation associated with the TP-Link brand.
The installation was completed on schedule, ready for the opening of one of the education sector’s most important annual events.
The completed stand provided TP-Link with a clean, professional and highly functional exhibition environment that effectively communicated its networking and surveillance solutions to the education market.
By combining impactful branding, digital engagement and a clear visitor journey, the stand created an ideal platform for demonstrating technology, generating conversations and strengthening relationships with education professionals throughout BETT.
The project highlights Guardian Display’s expertise in delivering technology-focused exhibition environments that balance product education, visitor engagement and exceptional build quality.
