LSEG’s objective for this event was to create a visually cohesive backdrop that supported knowledge sharing, presentations, and informal networking. The environment needed to reflect the organisation’s reputation for data integrity, financial innovation, and global market leadership.
At the heart of the design was a 2m branded lightbox. This large format illuminated panel served as both a visual anchor and communication tool, presenting LSEG’s value proposition. The use of bright, even backlighting helped the graphics stand out within the tall, glass-lined atrium of the Stock Exchange, ensuring the messaging had presence even in a brightly lit, modern corporate setting. The result was a set of displays that felt both architectural and premium, harmonising with the sleek, reflective surfaces of the venue.
To complement the lightbox, Guardian Display integrated Aluvision modular counters. The Aluvision system allowed for precise, clean lined graphic presentation while maintaining the flexibility required for rapid setup and de-rig within a high-security building. Each frame was finished with LSEG’s corporate palette of blues and deep tones, reinforcing the brand’s visual identity and creating a consistent aesthetic across all touchpoints.
The 2x branded counters were positioned strategically to encourage attendee interaction and support event operations. These counters doubled as information points and as functional storage, ensuring the event team had quick access to materials without impacting the visual cleanliness of the space. Their positioning also helped guide attendee flow, subtly defining networking and presentation areas within the open plan environment.
The floor layout was intentionally spacious, promoting movement and conversation. Lightweight, modern high tables were added to encourage informal discussion and networking, providing delegates with standing-height surfaces that suited the professional environment. The careful spacing of these tables maintained clear sightlines to the illuminated walls, ensuring the event’s core messages remained visible at all times.
Installation had to be executed with precision due to the constraints of working inside a high-profile, fully operational corporate venue. Guardian Display coordinated closely with LSEG facility teams to ensure all materials were brought in, assembled, and tested with minimal disruption. Our experience with secure environments enabled a smooth process, ensuring the event was ready ahead of schedule.
The final result was an elegant, contemporary event environment that enhanced the significance of Battlefin while elevating LSEG’s corporate presence. Guardian Display’s modular, light-driven design ensured strong visual impact, excellent functionality, and a refined atmosphere appropriate for one of the world’s leading financial institutions. This project highlights our ability to deliver high-quality branded environments within complex, premium venues bringing clarity, innovation, and precision to every event execution.
