Global law firm Kennedys required a professional, highly polished exhibition presence for the AIRMIC 2026 conference at the ICC Birmingham. Despite a compact 3m x 2m footprint, the stand needed to assertively project their corporate identity, clearly communicate their international legal capabilities, and support high-definition digital media. Crucially, the layout had to balance a functional semi-private meeting area with open accessibility to maximize delegate engagement on the exhibition floor.
We developed a premium, modular Aluvision environment built around a high-contrast black, white, and corporate yellow color palette. The L-shaped corner stand configuration utilized custom large-format fabric graphics to cleanly divide corporate messaging from a bold world map graphic showcasing the firm’s global presence. To optimize the space, we integrated an flush AV media screen and built a high-top networking table alongside a custom lockable welcome pod to anchor the perimeter.
The stand featured seamless, high-impact printed fabric graphics showcasing an intricate world map overlay to visually emphasize Kennedys’ international office and cooperation network.
A 43” commercial display screen was flush-mounted into the feature wall, providing a clean digital interface to cycle corporate video and presentation materials without encroaching on floor space.
A custom 620mm x 620mm lockable counter pod was engineered for the perimeter, acting as a secure storage hub and a professional greeting station for passing delegates.
Two corporate yellow floating shelves were seamlessly integrated into the Aluvision frame, adding structural depth and practical real estate for literature distribution.
Guardian Display managed the end-to-end production pipeline, utilizing our in-house printing capabilities to guarantee absolute color precision for Kennedys’ brand assets. Our expert technicians meticulously executed the build at the ICC Birmingham, seamlessly masking all structural wiring behind the Aluvision panels and flawlessly laying the texturized grey-line flooring to achieve a pristine, distraction-free corporate environment.
The completed exhibition stand provided Kennedys with an authoritative, highly professional presence that stood out significantly within its footprint size at AIRMIC 2026. By masterfully balancing clean branding, interactive digital media, and a comfortable hospitality seating layout, the space successfully elevated brand perception and supported high-value professional networking.
