Godox required an exhibition stand that would:
The stand needed to support multiple live demonstrations while maintaining a clean, professional appearance that reflected the quality of the Godox product range.
Working closely with the Godox team, we developed a large-format exhibition space built around live product experiences.
The stand utilised a robust truss structure that allowed lighting equipment to be displayed and demonstrated in realistic shooting environments. Visitors were able to interact directly with a wide range of fixtures, modifiers and accessories while seeing the performance of the products in action.
Open sightlines, integrated branding and strategically positioned product zones ensured visitors could easily navigate the space and explore the extensive Godox and KNOWLED ranges.
A bespoke truss framework created a strong architectural presence while providing practical mounting points for lighting fixtures, modifiers and demonstration equipment.
The stand was designed to allow visitors to experience products in real-world scenarios, giving filmmakers and content creators the opportunity to evaluate equipment performance first-hand.
Dedicated display areas highlighted the premium KNOWLED range, showcasing advanced lighting solutions for professional film, television and commercial production.
Prominent Godox branding ensured excellent visibility from across the exhibition hall and reinforced the company’s position within the professional production industry.
The open-plan layout encouraged visitors to explore, test equipment and engage directly with product specialists throughout the event.
Guardian Display managed the project from planning through to installation, delivering a stand capable of supporting a significant quantity of technical equipment while maintaining both safety and visual impact.
Careful integration of truss structures, product displays and demonstration areas ensured the stand was fully operational and ready to welcome visitors from the opening of the exhibition.
The completed stand provided Godox with a highly engaging platform for demonstrating its professional lighting solutions to filmmakers, cinematographers and production professionals.
By combining practical product demonstrations, strong branding and immersive visitor engagement, the stand successfully showcased the depth of the Godox product range while creating valuable opportunities for networking and business development throughout BSC Expo.
The project demonstrates Guardian Display’s expertise in delivering technically demanding exhibition environments that place products at the centre of the visitor experience.
