Kami wanted a stand that would:
The stand needed to balance functionality with brand personality, creating an inviting space that would attract visitors and support ongoing engagement throughout the show.
Working closely with the client team, we designed and built a bright, open exhibition stand centred around demonstration and interaction.
The stand featured a clean corner layout with bold illuminated branding, integrated display screens and a contemporary colour palette that reflected both brands. Curved architectural elements and vibrant gradient graphics created strong visual impact while reinforcing the creative nature of the products on display.
A central welcome counter provided an approachable first point of contact, while dedicated demonstration areas allowed the team to showcase the capabilities of Kami in a comfortable and engaging environment.
Large-format illuminated branding ensured strong visibility across the exhibition hall, helping the stand attract attention from visitors approaching from multiple directions.
Integrated presentation screens provided the perfect platform for showcasing product features, live demonstrations and educational content throughout the event.
Open seating areas encouraged informal conversations with teachers, school leaders and education professionals while maintaining an inviting and accessible atmosphere.
Rounded structural features softened the stand’s appearance and complemented the creative, learner-focused nature of the Kami and Book Creator brands.
Custom printed graphics and branded elements delivered a seamless visual experience while clearly communicating the partnership between both organisations.
Guardian Display managed the project from manufacture through to installation at ExCeL London. Every element was carefully produced to achieve a high quality finish while ensuring efficient installation within the show’s build schedule.
The result was a polished and professional exhibition space that was ready to welcome visitors from the moment the doors opened.
The completed stand successfully translated the Kami brand into a physical environment that encouraged engagement, learning and conversation.
Combining strong branding, interactive technology and a welcoming layout, the stand provided an effective platform for demonstrating educational solutions and connecting with educators from across the sector.
The project showcased Guardian Display’s ability to deliver creative exhibition environments that align perfectly with a client’s brand values while maximising visibility and visitor engagement at major international events.
