Our brief was to transform Savoy Place’s contemporary interior into a polished, CMPC branded space while respecting the venue’s architectural restrictions and heritage. To achieve this, Guardian Display produced a series of modular display elements, freestanding panels and high-impact graphic features that complemented the venue’s clean, modern lines. The result was a seamless blend of CMPC’s visual identity with Savoy Place’s premium conference environment.
A key objective of the project was to reinforce CMPC’s messaging through clear, high-quality graphic communication. Large-format display walls featured crisp branding, carefully curated visuals and concise messaging to support event themes and guide visitors through the space. Strategic placement of these branded structures ensured strong visibility from all entrance points and high footfall areas, maximising engagement and reinforcing CMPC’s presence throughout the event.
To support networking and content delivery, Guardian Display incorporated a series of functional build elements including registration counters, welcome points and digital display stations. These were constructed using lightweight modular systems, allowing for fast installation and venue-compliant assembly without compromising structural stability or aesthetic impact. Branded counter spaces provided practical touchpoints for delegate interaction, literature distribution and staff support.
Lighting played an essential role in elevating the installation. Soft, directional LED lighting was integrated throughout the display areas to enhance legibility, illuminate key messaging and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. Combined with Savoy Place’s natural architectural lighting, the setup ensured excellent visual clarity for presentations, photography and filmed content.
Floorplans for Savoy Place can be intricate due to its tiered levels and architectural features, so Guardian Display worked closely with the venue team to plan logistics and ensure a smooth, efficient build. Our installation team coordinated all venue access, compliance requirements and health & safety procedures to deliver the project to a flawless standard, meeting all time-sensitive event deadlines.
The final environment delivered a refined, cohesive and highly professional branded experience that reflected CMPC’s values and event objectives. Delegates were welcomed into a clean, contemporary space that amplified the conference content while providing clear pathways for movement, engagement and discussion. The combination of modern design, strategic branding and precision build quality ensured that CMPC made a strong visual impact at one of London’s most prestigious event venues.
