ExCeL, London
The 6m x 3m stand combined impactful design elements with functional features to create a highly effective brand environment:
Striking Visual Impact: The backdrop featured a powerful high-resolution image of smiling, diverse workers—visually reinforcing CHAS’s role in supporting workplace safety and well-being.
Curved Lockable Reception Counter: Positioned front and centre, the branded counter not only welcomed guests but also offered essential lockable storage for tech, literature, and personal belongings.
2m x 1.5m LED Tile Wall: On the left-hand side of the stand, an LED video wall was installed to showcase dynamic video content including service breakdowns, case studies, and live data – all drawing interest and adding movement to the space.
Engagement Space: The layout included space for relaxed conversations and one-to-one meetings, encouraging meaningful interaction in a warm, professional setting.
Curved Framework & Lighting: The smooth curves of the stand’s structure, paired with top-mounted spotlights, gave the installation a premium finish while ensuring the branding was lit perfectly from every angle.
The final stand was a real showstopper – modern, engaging, and unmistakably “CHAS.” The combination of digital display and high-impact visuals gave the space presence well beyond its 6x3m footprint. The team on-site were thrilled with how the stand supported both casual networking and in-depth business conversations.
As always, Guardian Display delivered a turnkey solution – designed, built, installed and finished to the highest standard.
