The client needed a flexible framework that could easily scale to varying floor plan configurations across different industry events. The layout required integrated merchandise shelving, standalone screen interaction zones, and separate greeting counters to manage attendee conversations seamlessly.
We engineered a highly modular Versaform Flex framework featuring vibrant, high-contrast pink and black seamless graphic panels.
Adaptable Architecture: Utilized a flexible wall system that easily scaled up on-site to maximize floor space and fit the open venue configuration.
Integrated Hardware: Flush-mounted a digital screen center-stage to run live software platform demonstrations directly above a fitted semi-circle counter table.
Product Showcase & Greeting: Built unique elliptical shelving runs directly into the left wing of the wall structure alongside a standalone, vibrant pink circular reception counter at the aisle line for immediate visitor engagement.
